Samples
We do our best to represent our wallcoverings as accurately as possible but due to differences in monitor displays, lighting and other factors, we recommend ordering samples.
Returns
We accept returns on unopened wallpaper and border within 30 days of receipt. There is a 25% restocking fee on all returns. All sales are final after 30 days. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns. On orders receiving free shipping, the initial shipping charge will be deducted from the refund in addition to the restocking fee. Special orders, discontinued products and samples are not returnable. You must contact us for a Return Authorization and shipping instructions. If you ship a return to us without a Return Authorization, or if you ship a return after 30 days you will not receive a refund. To initiate a return, email us at paperboy@discountwallcovering.com.
Shipping
We usually ship within 24 hours. Although some regular shipments will arrive within 2 or 3 business days, 10 business days should be allowed. Items on backorder, and custom manufactured products, would take longer.
We offer free shipping on orders with a merchandise total over $99, shipping within the contiguous US. For orders with a merchandise total under $99, we calculate our shipping and handling based upon weight and delivery location.
Wallpaper Units
Wallpaper is packaged and sold in bolts. Bolt dimensions vary - common bolt dimensions are 20.5" x 33', 27" x 27', 36" x 24' (grasscloth), and 54" x 90' (commercial). There is some confusion concerning the terms "single roll" and "double roll". Simply stated, a "single roll" = 1/2 bolt, and a "double roll" = 1 bolt.
Calculating Quantity
Beneath each product is a DATA SHEET which lists that product's dimensions, and for wallpaper, the estimated coverage.

Sales Tax
We collect 6% sales tax on all orders shipped within Pennsylvania. State sales tax outside of Pennsylvania will vary depending upon state law.
